Advanced Technician Course in Tool Room Die Fitter - Our dedicated Tool Room facility is generally self sufficient in terms of equipment and staff, having its own team of experienced and fully skilled machine operators and Tool Room fitters, supported by a full compliment of relevant machine tools and ancillary Plant for the production of:Assembly Fixtures , Machining Fixtures , Inspection Gauges , Gravity and Low Pressure Dies , Small Press Tools , Having approximately 3000sq ft of floor area the Tool Room contains, in addition to assembly and tool storage areas, two Mazak 530C High speed Machining Centres specifically for the ‘wet’ machining of various metals, Turret Mills, grinding/drilling equipment and a Die-Sinking EDM.
