Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design & Technology - The Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design & Technology offers intensive training in fashion design processes including design and product development, pattern making, garment construction and computer aided design to give students the skills to work in their chosen area of the fashion industry.During the first year of study, you will learn essential textiles, design, sewing and pattern-making skills and knowledge with classes over 4 days per week. Your week will generally be broken into one day per week of design and product development, one day per week of pattern-making, one and a half days per week of sewing and half a day per week of textiles and theory.
