Admission Procedure
* Admission to the college is as per the Govt. Norms . For details please logon to the DTE website: www. dte.org.in.
* In addition to the eligibility requirements for admissions one has to qualify through the Common Entrance Test ( CET)
* Seats allotted will be as per Govt. rules
* Payment of fees: The candidate will be admitted only on payment of full fees for the academic year 2011-12. Refund of fees would be as per Govt. rules. Fees paid against management seats or vacant seats will not be refundable.
* Admission will be confirmed only on submission & verification of required documents/ certificates
* Direct admission to second year engineering:
The students with Diploma in respective branches with first class are eligible for direct admission to second year Engineering as per the rules of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State.
Educational Schedule
The College functions as per the curriculum of SGB Amravati University. The College has a semester system. The first semester is between July 01 to October 31 and second semester is between January 01 & April 15. The course comprises of eight semesters with all the examinations being conducted by SGB Amravati University. The first semester examination in May every year. The results are usually declared in February and July every year.

Basic Qualification: In order to secure admission to first year of three-year full time MCA course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria;

Passed with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination. OR

Appeared for the final year examination of any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities. Such candidates can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree exam with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher levelexamination. OR

Passed with any Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline AND passed in any Post Graduate degree course of minimum two years duration recognized by the Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher levelexamination.
