Eligibility Conditions for Admission
i. The candidate should be a pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects: a. Chemistry, b. Bio- Technology c. Computer Science d. Biology.
ii. Seat should be allotted by counselling conduct by SEE-UPTU, Lucknow.
Admission Under Lateral Entry Scheme :
Candidates who have passed ‘Three years Engg. Diploma from an institution located in U.P. with minimum 60% marks ‘OR’ whose parents (Father or mother) are domicile of Uttar Pradesh and have passed three years Engg. Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) recognized by the board of Technical Education, U.P. in any branch of Engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture), are eligible for admission to Second year in any branch of Engineering/Technology.
OR
Candidates who have passed ‘three years B.Sc degree with mathematics as one of the subject from any recognized university; securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate, are also eligible for admission to second year in any branch of Engineering/Technology.
Management Quota
15% seats of total sanctioned intake are available under management quota shall be filled strictly in following preference under:
a. The admission shall be made by the College strictly on SEE-UPTU merit.
b. The qualified candidates of All India Engineering Entrance Exam. (AIEEE) merit.
c. The merit of candidates in qualifying (10+2) examination with the following conditions:
i. Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks in total of required subject combination (two compulsory & one optional)
ii. Minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in each compulsory and optional subject of the combination. The relative merit shall be decided based on total marks in subject combination of qualifying examination.
