B.Sc Mathematics - Kanchi Shri Krishna College of Arts and Science

Mathematics Mathematics is the wheel around which all other subjects rotate. It is the “queen of the disciplines” and at the same time, it is the servant serving the other subjects. Department of mathematics was started in this college in 2003-04. The first batch comprised 24 students. English is the medium of instruction. Physics is the allied subject for I year and Statistics is the allied subject for II year. They are also known as Operation Research is the application oriented subject in III year. The students are invariably encouraged and inspired to take part in competitions held both at collegiate and inter-collegiate levels. They are a source of information. illumination and enlightenment.
