The increasing usage of Information Systems has created a need for innovative information solutions and expert IT Professionals World over. The S/W Industry is growing at a faster pace and paving ways for excellent career opportunities in India and Overseas.
At Indira we offer an immensely updated course in Information Technology. The IT Department is also set to meet the challenges in the future. The students are trained with the insight to apply conceptual understanding of core domain areas in Computing as well as enhanced programming skills disseminating their analytical abilities. Our aim is to provide our students the lifelong learning and leadership skills that will enable them to grow in their professions and advance to positions of responsibility by effective Industry-Institute Interaction. Department has rich infrastructure with over 150 branded machines of latest configuration with major essential peripherals and advance legal software like Oracle 9i, .net, Microsoft 2003 server, Linux, Borland C++ ...etc.
We are offering innovative programs that extend beyond the campus walls to make the best and brightest students. These Programs will be offered in collaboration with the Industry from a learning aspect.
There is a common misconception that there are fewer employment opportunities in the IT field today, which has contributed to the dramatic decline of students enrolling in science and engineering courses. It is paramount that educators raise awareness that there will be an increasing number of opportunities in the IT field in the years ahead.
