B.E Electrical and Electronics Engineering ---- 60 Students can take admission in the institute as per rule :- 1 - 60 % seats are to be allotted on the merit basis for CGPET candidates 2 - 10 % seats are to be allocated on the merit basis for AIEEE candidates 3 - 15% seats are reserved for Management Quota. (Terms & Conditions Apply) Duration of all the degree courses is of four years and with the total yearly intake of 420 students.The institute is presently offering the AICTE approved courses in various disciplines of Engineering. Admisstion Procedure As mentioned earlier, the percentage of various intake quotas are decided by the state Government. However, the current proportions are State Quota: 60%, All India Quota: 10% and Management Quota: 15%. State Quota For admission under this quota, a candidate is required to qualify in Pre Engineering Test (PET) conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM). Thereafter, candidates possessing domicile of Chhattisgarh State are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to the availability, at the time of counseling. All India Quota Under this quota, a candidate is expected to qualify in AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Thereafter, candidates are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are distributed. Management Quota This quota needs a candidate who has qualified either in PET conducted by Professional Examination Board, Chhattisgarh (CGVYAPAM) or AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. For the admission under this quota candidate can directly apply to the institute by filling up the admission form. Applications received are scrutinized and is finalized strictly based on merit of the entrance examinations. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission : PET/AIEEE – Mark Sheet. HSSC Mark Sheet/ Mark Sheet of qualifying exam. Domicile certificate. Caste certificate. Transfer certificate. Migration certificate. Character certificate. Medical certificate.
