The objective of the course is to develop and promote scientific methods in business with special reference to skill development and proficiency for employment . The course aims at imparting training to those aspirants who to develop a career of their own as a " Tax Practitioner" or an " Accountant"

Eligibility for admission to B.Com Degree courses under the Mahatma Gandhi University is a pass in Pre-Degree , plus Two or equivalent examination.
