Department of Commerce B.Com with Computer Applications APPLICATION Application for admission to B.Com(C.A) can be had from the office of Madurai Institute of Social Sciences, Alagar Kovil Road, Madurai - 2 on payment of Rs. 100/- in person or Rs. 130/- by post. ELIGIBILITY Candidates who have passed +2 courses with commerce and accountancy are eligible to purse this course. Admission basis of the marks secured in the higher secondary examination. SCHEME OF EDUCATION The B.com(C.A)., is a three year full time Regular course consisting of six semesters with project work. The training Programme for the profession of Computer Sciences have four facets Class room instruction Practicals in Computer Lab/Business firms Special Lectures / seminars / workshops Project Work / On the job training FEE PARTICULARS The fees for the course is Rs. 3900/- . This includes the Tution Fees, Amenities fees, Labouratory Fees, Tuition fees, Seminar Workshop etc., In addition to this the refundable caution deposit of Rs. 500/- is to be paid at the time of admission. Personality development courses will be arranged at extra cost. HOSTEL Hostel accommodation is available for men students only. Guidance will be provided to women students to get accommodation in the apprived hostel.
