Govt. Pt. Shyamacharan Shukla College, Dharsiwa, was established on 14 August 1989 with the faculty of Arts. So for the differently advantaged rural youth, the best possible facilities are provided to them at their door steps, so that they acquire the skills of a responsible citizen and finally start contributing in approaching the changes of the contemporary societies. Govt. Pt. Shyama Charan Shukla college aspires to secure as a facilitator and service provide for the interested and motivated student of the area to give them all possible services, facilities and to equip them with the required skills so that they can compete and contribute along with their urban counterparts.
