About Government Kavyopadhyay Hiralal College, Abhanpur

Government Kavyopadhyaya Hiralal College of Abhanpur was previously known as Government College Abhanpur. It was renamed after Kavyopadhyaya Hiralal, the first writer of the Chhattisgarhi grammar, by the Higher Education Department of the Chhattisgarh Government. It is registered under section 2 f and 12-B of the UGC Act. It is an upcoming academic institution of Raipur district endowed with several inherent features to groom the students.

Vision
To create logically, emotionally and ethically a superior, transparent and interactive academic atmosphere in thes college by promoting higher quality of teaching- learning process. The college aims to encourage self-evaluation, accountable and greater interaction between teachers and students through qualitative learning, career counselling and training programmes so that they could excel in personal and professional life and serve their society and Nation in a positive way.
