      Available College Facilities & Amenities

      List of facilities available at Janki College of Education JCE, Raigarh for students.

      All the classrooms of the college are well furnished with all modern facilities.
      We have Wi Fi Internet technology. This technology allows device such as a personal computer, video game console, smartphone or digital audio player to connect to the Internet when within range of a wireless network connected to the Internet. The coverage of one or more (interconnected) access points called hotspots can comprise an area as small as a few rooms or as large as many square miles.
      There is a central library holding more than 3500 books. It is opened from 11.00 A.M - 05.00 P.M in all working days.
      To use library facility : A valid Janki College of Education identification Card is required to borrow materials from the library. All users of the library could check out 3 books at a time. The loan period for faculty and non-teaching staff is 7 days, for students 5 days . Journals /Magazines are nor for circulation.
      Books checked out during vacation or holiday periods are due the second day after the opening of the college.
      If a book is lost or missing, the borrower will be charged double times the most current cost or asked to replace the book. If in case to replace the book is no longer available or is out print, the librarian will determine the cost of replacement with another comparable book. A processing fine will also be collected.
      Theft, vandalism and destruction of library book and related materials are considered serious offences and will be dealt accordingly. If a student is found guilty of such offence, a fine per damaged or stolen book will be collected as well as replacing the book. The student will also be required to appear the college Discipline Committee.
      Information Technology lab, Furnished Science lab, Computer Lab, Language Lab, and Psychology lab all are well equipped and furnished.
      Sports facilities are available in the campus. Annual Sports event is held in the month of December in every year
      We have an auditorium to host music, dance, cultural events, workshops and seminar.
      It allows the JCEians to come to each other and feel as a family event.
      This service is offered to provide hassle free and safe transportation. We have fleet of buses to help students and staff members commute to and fro from regions within a 35km radius around the institute. A nominal fee is collected for the transportation on a yearly basis. Details of the routes and their respective timings are also available. Parents are urged to convince their wards to travel in the college busses only in view of safety issues on the highway. We also provide special pre-arranged transportation services for field trips and sporting events within the state.

      For the academic session 2011 2012 we will provide provisional accommodation facility.
      Our hostel is under construction. Session 2012 onwards full flagged hostel facility will be available.
      Proper healthcare arrangements are done by college. Proper Medical Facilities are available
