Government Danveer Tularam College Utai was established on 16 August 1989 with the faculty of Arts. with the Faculty of Arts. Faculty of Science started in the college from the year 1990. It is located at the meeting point of rural and urban areas. Hence, admission is taken here by students of both the areas. The college did not have its own building at that time, so the Gram Panchayat operated in the building constructed by the same. The number of students kept increasing with time, so this building started to shrink. Then, in 1997, due to the demand of students and parents, postgraduate in political science started. Due to the means and location in the old building, the facilities which the students should have got, She was unable to do so. Meanwhile, in 1997, the foundation stone of the new building of the college was laid. The construction of the new building of the college was completed in 2001, but there was a problem here that this new building was constructed only for the Faculty of Arts. With the passage of time, postgraduate classes of Hindi and Sociology started in 2003 by public participation. Presently about 1350 students are studying in the college.
