Geology consists of studies about Earth’s materials, structures, organisms, and the processes acting upon these; and also about how these processes changed these over time. The bachelor’s degree in geology forms the basis for forming careers as Economic Geologists, Glacial Geologists, Petroleum Geologists, Soil Scientists, Volcanologists, etc. The areas of studies covered by rich and prolific curriculum of this three-year course are History and Evolution of Earth; Basics of Earth Science; Oceanography; Tectonics; Volcanoes; Rock, Gem and Mineral Formation; Glaciers; Dinosaurs; Meteors; Ecology, Climatology and the Environment; Aerial Photography Interpretation; etc.Eligibility
