Gurusahay Deosharan Memorial College, Harnaut Nalanda has been established in 1979 by the educationist's social workers and intellectuals of Harnaut Block of Nalanda district in Bihar. It was at first managed by Shri Bhola Prasad Singh Ex-Minister of Bihar State a great socialist leader and Late Shri Dulari Singh Ex-Panchayat Pradhan.

Gurusahay Deosharan Memorial College has been established by some of the most renowned social workers who have been striving hard to educate people across all sections of the society. Earlier Shri Bhola Prasad Singhji used to manage the college. He was the Ex Bihar State Minister. Later, the management of College was taken up by Late Shri Dulari Singh who was not only a renowned socialist leader but also Ex panchayat Pradhan. Located on the Patna Ranchi National Highway, this college has been attracting a large number of students from far and wide areas. This college has also been registered under UGC or the University Grants Commission.
