Course Information & Syllabus
Sociology is a science endeavouring to study social reality in a holistic manner. It explores and analyses the linkages between personal lives and the larger social forces of life and the process of interrelationship among the various aspects of social life, and social change. It is the study of action, structure, belief, relations, and issues of power, etc. at the local, cross-cultural and global context. It is a crossroad for other disciplines in the humanities.
