Its classes were first held in Dawson Higher Secondary School,Nagaon. In 1994 College was shifted to its own building located near Srimanta Sankar Mission Road(In between Srimanta Sankar Mission and Normal School,Nagaon.) at a distance of about 200 metres from 37 No National Highway.
