About North East Regional Homeopathic Medical College Hospital, Itanagar

North East Medical College is situated in Itanagar, the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh which is locked in the lap of the Himalayas in the North eastern corned of India. This is the only Medical College of the State of Arunachal Pradesh which had a mumble beginning in the year 2001 with only nine students.

The college has got well equipped physiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology Laboratories. From 2nd year onwards have to attend regular clinical classes in O.P.D of the Medical College, the R.K. Mission Hospital. And other hospital at tangier. Till now 6 batches of students have completed their BHMS courses and are engaged in various organizations i.e . Government, NGOS etc. All the faculty members attend reorientation and up gradation programmes at N.I.H. Kolkata, to upgrade them in medical educational technology.

This institutions is the vision conferred on Mr. BulenTeli by the blessings of his father, the late T. C. Teli, Ex-Minister.Situated in a sylvan, serene environs of Itanagar in Papum Pare District of Arunachal Pradesh, the college is endowed with a salubrious climate eminently conducive to vigorous intellectual activity. The cool and comforting breeze gently blowing across the lush green vegetation all around the hillock on which the College stands sharpens the brain and softens the heart of the keen and ardent students and teachers of this institution.The BHMS course spreading over 51/2years with an enrollment of 9 students was started in 2000-2001. With the passing out of 6 batches of degree students, the intake capacity was enhanced to 50 from the year 2010-11
