North East Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Itanagar is affiliated to Arunachal University. The College offers Bachelor's degree courses. The college is first ever Medical Institute in the State & first Homoeopathic Medical College in North Eastern Hill State. They have established the college & try to make it best in India.

North East Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is staffed by highly qualified and experienced teachers with national and international exposure in related areas. The faculty in committed to the development of students.

North East Medical College is situated in Itanagar, the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh which is locked in the lap of the Himalayas in the North eastern corned of India. This is the only Medical College of the State of Arunachal Pradesh which had a mumble beginning in the year 2001 with only nine students.

The college has got well equipped physiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology Laboratories. From 2nd year onwards have to attend regular clinical classes in O.P.D of the Medical College, the R.K. Mission Hospital. And other hospital at tangier.

Till now 6 batches of students have completed their BHMS courses and are engaged in various organizations i.e . Government, NGOS etc. All the faculty members attend reorientation and up gradation programmes at N.I.H. Kolkata, to upgrade them in medical educational technology.
