DISCIPLINE To regularize the attendance we have introduced the "YELLOW CARD SYSTEM". As soon as the student gets admission into the college, a book of twelve leave letters will be issued to him/her. When any student fails to attend the college he/she should use only those leave letters issued by the collage, duly signed by either of the parents or guardian whose signature is taken on the yellow card. No leave letter written on any other paper will be accepted. One leave letter book only is issued to every student per year.
If any student is absent for three consecutive days parents will be informed through a telegram and they should meet the Principal concerned personally. No exemption in the disciplinary rules will be allowed and the defaulter will be punished strictly.
EVALUATION & REPORTS Everyday assignments to make the students study their lessons regularly and thoroughly and weekend tests to assess the weekly performance of the students are conducted and the reports will be sent to their parents. "VIKAS weekly progress report" is an information sheet showing the particulars of marks, Percentage, Percentile obtained during the week and also the particulars of attendance of the students. This will be posted every week to the parents of every student without fail. The information is also available on the internet and available over Interactive Voice Response system also.
STUDY MATERIAL Well Prepared, exam oriented and comprehensive study material designed by the experienced faculty is offered to the students, while making things simpler and time saving. This is an exclusive facility for Vikas Students.
