Course Information & Syllabus
PG Diploma in Anaesthesia - DA is a PG Diploma course offered by the Amrita School of Medicine. The program relates to study of use and effects of various kinds of anaesthetics to human beings imparts the basics of intensive transphysion therapy, pharamcology and pharmacodynamics of inhaling anaesthetics, anesthesia in traumatology and orthopedics, pediatrics and neonatology, toxicology and the likes. The dosage of the anaesthetics differ from patient to patient depending on their condition. The course will help the student to monitor and direct the usage of anesthesia during the surgical operations.
