Course Information & Syllabus
This course is conducted in AMET University in collaboration with City of Glasgow College UK. The course is approved by the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) and Maritime Coast Guard Agency (MCGA), UK
Course Duration
The Duration of the Course is One Year out of which first six months training is in AMET University and the second six months training at City of Glasgow College UK.
Course Pattern
First session of the course will be conducted at AMET University. The students are to pass all the learning out comes conducted by AMET University and the Graded Unit examination conducted by the City of Glasgow College. Trainees who have completed the foundation program and passed the foundation examination and the HNC unit examination delivered at AMET University will be deemed to have me the academic requirements for progression to part 2 in City of Glasgow College subject to meeting UKVI requirements.

The trainees should undergo the following short courses at AMET University:
=> GMDSS (UK)
=> CPSCPRB
=> Medical First Aid
=> Fire Fighting
Short Courses During the 2nd Session of Training
=> EDH
=> HELM – Operational Level
=> NAEST – Operational Level
