Civil Engineers are important guardians of the environment because they strive to establish a suitable balance between human activities and preservation of the natural environment. They are critical developers of technologies and knowledge that helps achieve that balance in the face of today's monumental environmental issues.
The Department of Civil Engineering will offer a graduate programme with continuous exposure to students through hands on Basic Civil Engineering Lab training, projects, assignments, internships and practical work to ensure that they are ready to contribute effectively to the growing Industry.
