Last date for receiving filled in application forms for Part Time B.E./ B.Tech.: 30-06-2008
Last date for submission of application forms for M.E./ M.Tech., MBA, MCA, M.Tech (By Research)/ Ph.D.: 27-06-2008.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
All the above courses will be conducted in Anna University premises.

B.E./B.Tech Candidates applying for more than one specialisations should submit a separate application for each Specialisation.

Candidates
are instructed to view the University website www.annauniv.ac.in for
Application, Eligibility, Fee and Selection Procedure.

Application forms and Prospectus can be obtained from the undersigned on requisition along with a Bank DD in favour of "The Registrar, Anna University - coimbatore" payable at Coimbatore.

Application forms can also be downloaded filled in application forms should be accompanied by a DD for the specified amount.

Filled in application forms should be sent to "The Registrar, Anna University Coimbatore, GCT Campus, Thadagam Road, Coimbatore-641013" on or before 30-06-2008.

Any unfilled/ lapsed seats will be filled by the general category.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION
Furnish the following certificates along with the application:
i Attested copy of the SSLC mark sheet or Matriculation or its equivalent certificate.
ii
Attested copies of the mark sheets of the final year / last two
semesters in the case of candidates who had completed the Diploma by
full time study / last two semesters not intervened by industrial
Training in case of candidates with sandwich Diploma / last 3 semesters
in the case of candidates who had completed the Diploma by Part Time or
Private study. (Entered Last Semester mark in Final Semester column and
previous two semester column).
iii Attested copy of Transfer Certificate from the institution where last studied.
iv Attested copies of Certificates of previous work experience, if any.
v Attested copy of the permanent community certificate (if applicable).

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Completed application form along with all the enclosures should be sent to “The Registrar, Anna University Coimbatore, GCT Campus, Thadagam Road, Coimbatore 641 013“ so as to reach on or before 30-06-2008.

Application received after the due date and without due demand draft will be summarily rejected.
