Form: Price Rs. 300/- through DD in favour or DAVV-IMS.

Last date of receipt of
completed application forms at IMS DAVV: September 22, 2008.

Separate call letters will be issued for counselling. Tentatively
Counselling is scheduled in the month of SEPT./OCT. 2008. Information

Please bring attested photocopies and original copies of all relevant
mark sheets/ documents at the time of counselling.
