The Institution was founded through the personal resources and efforts of Shri Rajendra Verma. This is the only Homoeopathic Medical College in entire Mahakaushal area which is running own Homeopathic Hospital.

The Institution Mahatma Gandhi Homeopathic Medical College. Jabalpur was established on 2001.The institution having separate Hostel for Boys and Girls own Bus Facility for students. Two Batches are passesd out from the college.

We offer 41/2 years degree course B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery) and one year compulsory rotating internship. Awarding authority for the degree will be Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya jabalpur

Students who have passed final year B.H.M.S. examination shall be required to undergo compulsory internship for a period of one year in our College & Hospital, in accordance with Central Council Homoeopathy recommendations. Mahatma Gandhi Homoeopathic Medical College has framed an additional course of study (both theoretical and practical) of one year duration for the internees, which is to be attended during the course of internship. This course is specially designed to acquaint the student with the most modern techniques of investigation and treatment in modern day medicine, along with all that is necessary for a successful Homoeopathic consulting / general practice.
