The college is located in the M.R. Medical College campus. The school of pharmacy was established in 1973 with two year Diploma course in pharmacy and has been upgraded to college of pharmacy in the year 1983 offering a four year degree course in pharmacy leading to B.Pharm and also started a post-graduate course in pharmacy leading to M.Pharm in 1995.The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Bangalore and approved by AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.Regulations to B.Pharm, Pharm. D course and M.Pharm course, and syllabus will be in accordance with the rules of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.H.K.E. Society’s College of Pharmacy is today one of the best pharmacy institution in the country in terms of laboratory facilities and faculty.
