      About CMR Law School CMRLS, Bangalore

      CMR Law School (CMRLS) an integral part of the CMR Jnanadhara Trust was established in the year 2003, inagurated by the then Governor of Karnataka Shri T. N. Chaturvedi. Striving to attract and facilitate the foray of enterprising, smart, and intelligent young individuals, into the legal profession, is a conscious effort and a focal point at CMRLS . The Law School seeks to emphasize on the integration of enterprising initiatives and creative programs in the curricular activity, transcending conventional academic orientation so as to inculcate within each of its student, a vibrant and more real outlook towards life and career.

      The Law School is presently committed to providing its students' undergraduate programs, but seeks to cater to a divergent multitude, by incorporating value added and customized academic programs of practical utility to students of integrated disciplines. The teaching staff comprises of full time experienced and skilled professional, and visiting faculty. The teaching staff participate and involve in the creation and development of academic initiatives that seek to keep the students abreast of current legal trends.

      Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

      CURRICULA :
      (a) Candidates admitted to the LL.B. course shall have to attend 06 Semester courses spread over 3 years.

      (b) In each Semester, the students shall have to study the courses prescribed by the University in these Regulations.

      AWARD OF THE DEGREE :
      A student shall be eligible for the award of the B.A., LL.B./ B.B.A., LL.B. Degree after he/she has successfully completed all the prescribed courses in all the semesters and his or her character and conduct are found to be satisfactory during the course.

      Bachelor of Business Administration in Bachelor of law (BBA LLB)

      The B.B.A., LL.B. integrated double degree course combines Bachelors’ degree course in Administration/Management together with the Bachelors’ degree course in law. The duration of the course shall be five academic years consisting of ten semesters. Each Academic Year shall be divided into two Semesters. Each Semester shall consist of 18 weeks. The CMR Law School has an intake of upto 60 students for the first year.

      CURRICULA:
      (a) Candidates admitted to the B.B.A., LL.B. course shall have to attend 10 Semester courses spread over 5 years.

      (b) In each Semester, the students shall have to study the courses prescribed by the University in these Regulations

      AWARD OF THE DEGREE
      A student shall be eligible for the award of the B.B.A., LL.B. Degree after he/she has successfully completed all the prescribed courses in all the semesters and his or her character and conduct are found to be satisfactory during the course.
