Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PGDADR) - Delays and arrears in courts are causing frustration and hardship to the disputants The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods such as Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation are being actively encouraged by the Govt and the Judiciary to provide a mechanism for speedy justice to the disputants at less cost There is a great demand in India for ADR Practitioners in view of manifold increase in business and commerce. The candidates can practise independently in the field of Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation and their skills and services can also be utilized by the courts while implementing Section 89 of CPC.
