Course Details:

The Fellow Program Management (FPM) is a three years doctoral level management degree academic course in India, The study program is designed with the objective to enabling the candidates to master relevant methodological tools of management research and advancement of the current body of management knowledge.

The master study is a specialization in various areas of management. The course is consists of Fellow program level followed by a comprehensive qualifying examination, thesis work with the preparation of the presentation, conducting research stated in the proposal, this development etc.

The course is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of Program Management .The course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and information about the corporate strategy and policy, economics and social sciences, finance and control, marketing management, organization behaviour and human resources management, production and operations management, quantitative methods and information systems, public systems, public policy and sustainability.

The Doctorate program develops frontiers of knowledge with research training relevant to the present social and economic objective of the country, the study also develops the managerial skills, time management, mathematical and analytical skills which are necessary for candidates when they have to deal with the people during the course and career.

The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects of Principles and Techniques in an academic discipline such as Research Methodology, Strategic Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Written Analysis and Communication, Economic Growth and Development, Public Expenditure and Financial Administration, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Micro Finance, Restructuring and Valuation, International Finance, Computer Application in Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Financial Engineering, Project analysis, Evaluation, and Financing.

Eligibility

The candidate has to complete Master’s Degree like Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Computer Application (MCA), or any other Master’s Degree with relevant subjects, or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Fellow Program Management (FPM), professional study program.
In India it is mandatory to give entrance exam like Common Admission Test (CAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), some institute take the personal interview and asked few questions on General Knowledge, Personality, Intelligence Assessment and English Language.

Course Duration / Learning Mode

The master study requires 3 years of the time period with an internship in India, It's a Full Time professional degree course. The course is not available for part-time and under distance education mode as it's a practical based study.

The Master degree holder recognized as Manager and able to work as, Senior Manager (Risk Management), Executive Officer (Fraud Risk Management), Management executive, Department Head (Strategic Cost Management), Wealth Management Executive, Management Representative, Assistant Manager (Brand Management), etc.
