Aviation is the design, development, production, operation, and use of aircraft, especially heavier-than-air aircraft.The course will help you in gaining an entry into the Aviation Industry. The Entry level positions with an airline cover a wide variety of operations and duties. Most of these positions involve extensive customer service contact requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. No previous experience is required, although you may be required to work evening or early-morning hours and adhere to a strict physical appearance. The aviation industry has grown at an extraordinary rate, both in terms of passenger numbers and cargo volumes. Globalisation has had the effect of extending supply chains which, in turn, has generated an increased demand for air cargo services to minimise these lead times. To meet the increased demand for air transportation services, airlines have responded by expanding their fleets and increasing the number of routes covered. Needless to say, to support this growth there has been a trend towards expanding and improving the infrastructure of existing airports and investing heavily in new airports.
