Deleted Sections From Class 12 Syllabus
- From Class 12 Hindi, the condemnation of satirist Harishankar Parsai is omitted.
- Class 12 English students will not study The Merchant of Venice.
- From the Civics syllabus, certain portions of political party dominance in independent India and the challenges of the Congress system have been removed.
- The History syllabus will not cover the history and nationality, sectarianism, and division of 1040 in ‘division based on physical sources’.
- In Sociology, public relations, media, and communication subjects have been removed from the ‘dimension of globalization’.
How to Download UP Board Syllabus for Class 12?
Given below are the steps following through which students can download the syllabus. The syllabus has been divided into subject categories (Language, Main Subject, Elective). Therefore, students can download the syllabus accordingly.
1st Step: Go to the academic website of UP Board at upmsp.edu.in.
2nd Step: On the homepage, hover over the “Curriculum” option. Select the “Term Wise Curriculum 2021-22” link.
3rd Step: Now, click on the Term Wise Curriculum (IX-X) tab. You can see Term-wise Languages (Group-L), Main Subjects (Group-A1), Academic Electives(Group-A2), and Skill Elective (Group-S) syllabus.
4th Step: Select any of the groups. The links to the syllabus of every subject will appear.
5th Step: Click on the desired subject link. A pdf of a syllabus will be opened. Save a pdf to revise your syllabus from time to time.
