Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have completed 10+2 examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects. Those appearing for their final Class XII examinations in March 2016 and expecting to secure the qualifying marks can also apply.

Application Fees

The Cost of GEEE Application form is Rs. 800/-, which covers the cost of Application form, University Brochure cum Information Handbook and Examination fee. The Application fee once paid will not be refunded. Payments can be made through credit card or debig card.

How to Apply

To apply, the candidates should goto the official website of GEEE -

The candidates should register themselves using an active email address since entire admissions process will be communicated through email.

Payment must be made online, using Debit and Credit cards only.

After the successful completion of the payment procedure, candidates will have to take a print-out of the registration slip generated by the system. The registration slip must be preserved for future

Exam Pattern

The GEEE will be Pencil & paper based exam. It will be held in the month of June 2017. The duration of the entrance examination will be 90 minutes.

The GEEE Question Paper will be of OBJECTIVE TYPE with Multiple Choice. The question paper will have three parts - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. All the questions will be mostly from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and the CBSE syllabus only. Each part has 30 questions and each question carries one mark. No negative marks for wrong answers.

The Question paper will be only in English.

Subject to renewal every year based on academic performance and discipline at the campus.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The Applicants can download the call letter directly from the university's official website by filling in their DOB and application number sent through SMS/email. Call letters would not be issued through post.

The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

Submission at the time of Counselling

Candidates should bring the following documents in original and two sets of photocopies for counseling.
=> GEEE Admit card
=> Class X Board mark sheet
=> Class XII Mark sheet
=> Migration certificate (if available)
=> Required fee structure in Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh" payable at Delhi / Noida / Greater Noida.

The candidates should write their name, Course and Application ID behind the DD.
