  3. Selection of Colleges: You will see a list of 101 colleges. You can select as many choices as you want.
  4. Priority Setting: Use the “Move Up” and “Move Down” buttons to arrange colleges in your order of preference.
  5. Locking Choices: Once satisfied, click on “Lock Choices.” If you forget, the system will automatically lock your last saved preferences on the final day.

Specialized categories require Physical Verification at the BFUHS Senate Hall, Faridkot, before the merit list is finalized.

  • Sports Quota: Candidates must submit a hard copy of their application along with the Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Director of Sports, Punjab.
  • NRI Quota: Requires an Eligibility Certificate from BFUHS. Documents needed include the sponsor’s passport, visa, and an affidavit of relationship.
  • BC/SC Category: Ensure your category certificate is dated after April 1, 2025, to satisfy the latest “Creamy Layer” or validity norms for the 2026 session.

What to do after Seat Allotment?

Once the provisional allotment letter is generated, follow these “Final Mile” steps:

  1. Download Allotment Letter: Log in and print your seat allotment result.
  2. Medical Examination: Report to the allotted college for a mandatory medical fitness test by the college’s medical board.
  3. Fee Deposition: Pay the six-month tuition fee (usually via a Demand Draft or Online Transfer) at the college counter.
  4. Original Document Handover: Submit your Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, Migration Certificate, and Character Certificate.

Expert Teacher Tip: If you are allotted a private college in Round 1 but want a Government seat, choose the “Willingness to Upgrade” option. This allows you to hold your current seat while trying for a better one in Round 2.
