- Minimum 60% in B.Tech/B.E + GATE
M.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering
– B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electronics & Communication/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology Or
– A.M.I.E. (India) with appropriate specialization /Grad. I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch. Or
– Recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.
M.Tech Computer Engineering

Admission Procedure
- Aspiring candidates have to apply, appear and obtain valid scores in GATE.
- TNSUT Delhi M.Tech admission is based on scores obtained in GATE.
- The students are offered seats also on the basis of their performance of the admission steps that are conducted by NSUT.
- Candidates who get selected have to appear in person for the final counselling and pay the NSUT Delhi admission fees and get the documents verified.
