Eligibility Criteria
- Full Time Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM) offered from Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Full Time Post Graduate Program in Engineering Project Management(PGP EPM) offered from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campuses : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Full Time Post Graduate Program in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management(PGP REUIM) offered from Pune Campus : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Planning/Commerce/Finance/ Banking/Management/ Economics/ Mathematics/Statistics/Agriculture. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
- Full Time Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management(PGP IFDM) offered from Pune Campus : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Planning/Commerce/Finance/ Banking/Management/ Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Agriculture OR Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary/ICWA. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria
- One Year Post Graduate Program in Management of Family Owned Construction Business(PGP MFOCB) offered from Pune Campus : Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.
- One Year Post Graduate Program in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management(PGP QSCM) offered from Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campuses : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- One Year Post Graduate Program in Health, Safety and Environment Management(PGP HSEM) offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
- One Year Post Graduate Program in Construction Logistics and Supply Chain Management (PGP CLSCM) offered from Hyderabad (Shamirpet) Campus : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science/ Architecture/Planning/Management/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Agriculture. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
- Note: Final year eligible graduating students can also apply.
Application Process
- Candidates can apply, pay fees and upload documents online through the website https://nicmar.ac.in/ or click on direct link: https://admission.nicmar.ac.in http://admission1.nicmar.ac.in or download the application form from the website and send duly filled application form along with the application fee and required documents
- Program brochures and application form for all the programs can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs.2100/- for one program or Rs.2620/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of “NICMAR, Pune”
Selection Process
- NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) will be conducted online on Saturday and Sunday, June 04 & 05, 2022.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). GD & PI would also be conducted online from June 07 and 08, 2022.
- Candidates can appear for the online NCAT, GD and PI from their residence or any suitable place as per their convenience.
Mock Test
- A Live Presentation Session and Mock Test will be on June, 2022 to familiarize the candidates with the online NCAT process..
