Certification Food Safety (CFS) - Food Safety is the Certificate Course programs is Science and Research. It is among the prominent Food Safety and Quality Assurance in Food Industry of its field in the college. Maintaining a healthy food preparation and delivery environment and keeping food free of bacteria and other contaminants all involve food safety. Programs that train and certify individuals in food safety verify that they have the knowledge to be trusted with serving food to the public. Food handlers may be trained on the job or in vocational or degree programs.
