Candidates who wish to appear for NEET PG must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the erstwhile Medical Council of India (MCI). They must also have completed or be completing their one-year compulsory rotating internship on or before the date specified by the authorities for that particular exam session. Additionally, candidates must hold permanent or provisional registration with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council. Without valid registration and completion of internship within the prescribed timeline, candidates will not be eligible to participate in NEET PG counseling.
