MICA follows a strict sequential filtering process: 1. Your Psychometric Test is checked first; it is a pass/fail qualifier. 2. If you pass, your CAT/XAT/GMAT score is checked against the minimum cutoff (usually around the 80th percentile). 3. If you meet that, Section C (Aptitude) is evaluated based on sectional and total cutoffs. 4. Finally, Section B (Descriptive) is evaluated only for those who pass all previous stages. Your final composite score only matters if you survive this 'waterfall' of filters.
