The TANCET MBA exam is conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode. The question paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed in 2 hours. Each question carries 1 mark for a correct answer, and 1/4 mark (0.25) is deducted for each incorrect answer as negative marking. The questions assess Business Situations, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Data Sufficiency, and English Usage. The total raw score is calculated out of 100 marks, which is later normalized for ranking.
