XAT is conducted as a computer-based test (CBT). The exam is divided into two parts. Part 1 includes Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, and Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation. Part 2 consists of the General Knowledge section. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Part 1 has sectional time limits, while General Knowledge is attempted separately. Scores of General Knowledge are not considered for the final percentile calculation but are used during the interview stage.
