If a technical issue occurs (e.g., power cut or internet failure common in some Indian regions), you must immediately notify the proctor via the chat or by waving at the camera. If the issue cannot be resolved, your exam will be terminated. You must then file a formal 'Case' with GMAC Customer Service within 24 hours. If the fault is deemed technical/systemic rather than user-error, you will usually receive a 'Fee Waiver' to reschedule for free. However, your partial answers will not be saved, and you will have to restart the entire 135-minute exam from scratch on the new date.
