The selection process for the 2026-28 batch will be held in February/March 2027, primarily at IBS Hyderabad. It consists of two main components: a Micro Presentation and a Personal Interview (PI). In the Micro Presentation, candidates choose a number from 1-100 to receive a topic, get 1 minute to prepare, and 3 minutes to speak. The PI lasts 5-7 minutes and assesses temperament, communication, and general knowledge. The final merit list is weighted: 50% for past academic record, 25% for Micro Presentation, and 25% for the Personal Interview.
