The MBA phase constitutes the fourth and fifth years of the IPM program. After completing the first three years and earning the BBA degree, students who meet the academic performance criteria automatically transition into the MBA program at IIM Rohtak without needing to appear for CAT. During these two years, IPM students study alongside regular MBA students and participate in summer internships and final placements. The MBA curriculum includes core management subjects in the first year and electives in the second year, aligned with industry requirements.
