The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is Doctoral Programme of XLRI, Jamshedpur. The FPM is a full-time, residential programme that trains prospective scholars to become highly skilled and innovative researchers, management thinkers and teachers in various aspects of management. It primarily aims at preparing students for careers as faculty members at premier academic institutions.

You must have post graduation from universities (MBA/master's degree in any discipline India/Abroad) and Centres of Higher Learning with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) with the bachelors degree/ equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent. Or A professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates). Or BE/B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50%for SC/ST candidates) and 2 years of relevant work experience.

Postgraduates from any discipline may take the (XL-RAPT) It will be a 2 hours test comprising of the following:

=> English and Verbal Abilities
=> Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation
=> Reasearch Aptitute
The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
The candidates are also advised to download the Rank Cards from the website after publication of results.
