It was in the year 1965 that a small group of enlightened citizens came together and formed the Vidya Wardhini Sabha. Dedicated members of the Sabha, devoted teachers and members of the non-teaching staff and students have established their credentials in their respective fields and have brought the college prestigious status in the university area. It has earned the respect of the academic community as well as the students.
