University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram invites applications for admissions to Business Administration (MBA) for the academic year 2016- 17.

Business Administration (MBA) is conducted by University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
- The candidate should have passed the degree from any Indian University, under the regular stream, recognized by the University of Kerala and shall be in the 10+2+3 pattern (or in 10+2+4 pattern).

- The candidates, who have passed MA/M.Sc./M.Com or any other PG Degree recognized by the University of Kerala with 50% of marks/equivalent grade in aggregate, are also eligible for admission.

- In addition, the candidates applying for MBA (Evening) should possess two years’ work experience.

The University of Travancore which eventually became the University of Kerala was established in 1937 by a promulgation of the Maharaja of Travancore, Sri Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma who was also the first Chancellor of the University. Sir C. P Ramaswamy Ayyar, the then Diwan of the State, was the first Vice-Chancellor. It was the sixteenth University to be set up in India and ten Colleges within the State of Travancore which were affiliated to the Madras University became the affiliated colleges of the University of Travancore.
