Eligibility Criteria

The graduates’ candidates must have a BSc degree for a recognized college.
At least 55 percent marks in BSc/BA Hons are required to get admission into the college MSc courses.
The degree must be in relevant disciplines to be eligible for the MSc program.
Admissions in MSc agriculture are entrance-based. This year no entrance exam was held.
Twenty-two percent is reserved SC and 6 percent for ST. The SC/ST students must have 25 percent marks in their graduation to be eligible.

The admission criteria are strictly merit-based.
8% of seats are reserved for only CU students and are known as part A. The rest 20% is for non-CU students, referred to as part B.
Selection in each course may be run simultaneously from two merit lists, Part A and Part B. Selection is strictly in order of merit.
For the merit list, 60% weightage is given to marks scored in b. SC honors and 40% spends on the marks in the two general subjects.
22% is reserved SC and 6% for ST. The SC/ST students must have 25% marks to be eligible.
