Scholarship
The World Press Institute (WPI) invites applications from professional journalists with at least five years of experience to have the opportunity to become a fellow with the institute. The aim of the program is to gain access, observe the role, responsibility and impacts of a free press firsthand.

Eligibility
- Have at least five years of full-time experience in print, broadcast or online journalism
- Must be currently employed as a non-U.S. journalist working outside of the United States
- Should be fluent in written as well as spoken English
- Should display a potential for leadership
