The Institute of Current World Affairs (ICWA) invites applications for its ICWA Fellowship Program from candidates with a passion for their project country, who are sufficiently prepared to take advantage of the opportunity and who are not older than 36 years old. The ultimate objective of the ICWA fellowship program is to cultivate deep expertise in foreign countries and cultures. ICWA’s mission is to identify and cultivate rare potential and provide the opportunity with financial assistance.

Eligibility

  • In order to be eligible, an applicant must:
  • Be below 36 years of age at the time of application
  • Show strong and reliable ties to U.S. society
  • Have outstanding written and speaking English language skills
  • Have completed their current phase of formal education
  • Applicant must not be studying in any Undergraduate Program and should have proficiency in the language, for e.g., Chinese, Russian, Bahasa, Hindi or Portuguese

How to Apply

  • Those Interested in applying for an Institute of Current World Affairs Fellowship should send an initial Letter of Interest and a resume or CV to the institute via email. (Post is also accepted)
